"I chose Autotrip mostly to favor local people instead of big rental companies. It was a really excellent experience. Good price, including total insurance without franchise (except for very devastaded roads, like that to Balos). I chose a Panda; at the same price I was given a new-model Toyota Yaris 1500 cc six gears, with only 4,000 Km! The plane was late, but at the phone call, gentle Litsa appeared, who gave us clear and complete informations. No waste of time in piking up and returning the car, like appens for big rental companies. Definitely very reliable and good value for money. The best car rental in my life (I'm 70...). "Dit jaar in juni en september een auto gehuurd bij "Auto Trip", beide keren zijn we door Litsa van AutoTrip zeer vriendelijk onthaald bij de uitgang van het vliegveld en nam ze ons mee naar de auto die op loopafstand van het vliegveld stond.👍 De auto's van AutoTrip zijn van zeer goede kwaliteit en volledig verzekerd, ook de ramen en banden zijn meeverzekerd bij Auto Trip (bij veel andere autoverhuurders is dit niet meeverzekerd ondanks dat ze vermelden dat de verzekering all inclusieve is, de bekende kleine lettertjes). Door de goede service, volledige verzekering, zeer goede kwaliteit van de huurauto's en de prijs kwaliteit verhouding raad ik iedereen aan een auto te huren bij AutoTrip. Ook in 2020 wordt het voor ons weer een auto van AutoTrip, voor ons nooit meer een andere autoverhuurder op Kreta."

"I rented a car through email. Litsa met us at airport and held to the car. I got Toyota Yaris 2019, with 3000km. It had Apple Car, A/C, automatic transmission, signs recognition... I booked car with manual transmission but it was upgraded to automatic transmission for free. It was easy to leave the car. I brought it to the parking lot and dropped key into a box. Thank you Litsa for such service! Superb!!!"

"I chose AutoTrip based on a recommendation from a friend. We had 8 days on Crete, I did the reservation just 2 weeks before, so I guess we had limited choices. We agreed on a neat little Toyota Yaris, which worked like charm. We got the car in ~10 minutes after landing. Full insurance was included in the price, so it would have been cover all the damage we would made. Overall experience was more than satisfying."

"We've been using this rental company last few years when we travel to Crete. It is amazing. All insurance included, minimum paperwork, no need to wait in a queue - they wait for you with your name on a sign at the airport. Cars are perfect with no issues. Guys from the company are great and very friendly. Highly recommended."

"Noleggiato con Autotrip nella seconda metà di settembre. Tutto perfetto, puntuali nelle risposte e nel farsi trovare all'aeroporto di Chania al nostro arrivo. Istruzioni chiare sulla riconsegna. Macchina quasi nuova, Hyundai i20 con circa 17000km. Ho pagato alla consegna 265 euro per 11 giorni. Nessuna franchigia e nessuna richiesta di carta di credito. In base alla mia esperienza quindi consigliatissimi. "

Hiring with Autotrip was a great experience. They offered a really competitive price and combined it with first class insurance cover (this is important on Crete). I was met immediately outside the airport and taken to my car. It was then that I found we had been upgraded and the car was almost new. We had a great time travelling around Crete knowing that we had breakdown cover and that insurance cover. It would have been hard for them to be better."

Litsa Andreadaki wartete, trotz 2-stündiger Verspätung am Flughafen auf uns; nach 5 Minuten war die Übergabe geschehen; das Fahrzeug, Fiat Panda, war außen und innen sauber gereinigt und auch der Reservereifen aufgepumpt (ist nicht immer so). Der günstige Mietpreis rundet das ganze Paket ab, deswegen vergebe ich alle Sterne und werde jederzeit wieder bei Autotrip buchen."
